Manual Lymphatic drainage is a technique developed by Dr. Emil Vodder and his wife. The technique involves stretching and massaging the skin in order to promote movement of lymph fluid.

Our lymph fluid carries toxins, bacteria and dead cells that need to detox from our body. When our lymphatic system becomes stagnant, our body benefits from a lymphatic massage to help move fluid again.

This massage will reduce swelling, bloat, inflammation, puffiness and pain. Results after just one treatment.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using a device embedded with fine needles to create tiny, controlled punctures in the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the body's natural wound healing process, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, two key proteins essential for maintaining youthful, firm, and smooth skin.

Microneedling effectively treats age spots, blackheads, hyperpigmentation (melasma), acne spots and scars, fine lines, and wrinkles, while also improving the appearance of dull, "tired-looking" skin. It can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté, arms, hands, legs, abdomen, and neck—areas that typically show the most noticeable signs of aging and sun damage.

Patients often notice a "glow" to their skin immediately after the procedure, with visible improvements developing over the next several weeks. The results continue to enhance for up to six months post-treatment. While some patients achieve noticeable results with a single annual session, most dermatologists recommend a series of two to three treatments spaced six to eight weeks apart for optimal outcomes. For those with more significant skincare concerns, such as deep acne scars, six to eight sessions at six-week intervals are recommended.

Every treatment comes with a complimentary post-procedure kit from PCA skincare, with curated products that are safe for the skin post procedure.
